2. The Service
2.1. Description of the Service
BHAG AI is an automated, AI-powered software platform (“Service”) that helps users explore and evaluate market demand, potential customer segments, value perception, and strategic opportunities based on the descriptions of ideas or products submitted by the user.
The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- generating AI-based Discovery Reports,
- modeling potential segments, value drivers, barriers, and adoption signals,
- providing structured insights derived from AI simulations,
- offering dashboards or interfaces for accessing reports and results.
BHAG does not provide human research, consulting, or personalized expert analysis. All insights are generated automatically by software.

- based on patterns, models, and publicly available information indirectly learned by the underlying AI systems,
- not based on real users, surveys, or personal data,
- not predictions or guarantees of real-world performance,
- intended to support early-stage analysis and decision-making, not replace professional judgement.
You acknowledge that:
- results may vary depending on the input you provide,
- the Service may not always produce accurate, complete, or relevant information,
- decisions made based on the Results are entirely your responsibility.

We do not verify or review user input for accuracy, legality, or sensitivity.

2.7. No Storage Obligation
We may retain generated reports and user inputs for a limited time to support the provision of the Service.
